Been busy writing a new story - "The Orks of Tam'urt". It's humour/adventure, and is about 4 Orks who leave their town to join their clans for the comming waagh!!. The only problem is actually getting there.

I'm not sure if you have to be a member of that site to actually read it, but oh well. When I have all the chapters ready to submit to DA you can read it then if you want. (It might be a few weeks!)

So far the story is over 40,000 words long (I only have seven chapters up at fanfiction though, the rest still need to be edited).

You have no idea how PAINFUL it is to edit the spelling for that story. Why, you ask? Well, here's an example of how the orks talk in the story:

“Well, if ‘ee’s dead, we won’t ‘ave ta waste anymore time lookin’ fer ‘im. I bets we c’n fix dem cyboars wivout ‘im, anyway.” Brudz didn’t seem to have any pity for the remaining Snakebite mek. She added, “’Ee mus’n’t’ve been a very good mek ta risk loosin’ ‘is ‘ands gamblin’ anywayz… uh, iz it jus’ me, or iz it kinda quiet all’u’va sudden?”

That is fairly mild compared to some of the other talking (you have to sometimes really stare at the words to figure out what they mean if you're not used to it). The actual curse words are fairly rare, I'd rate the story as M - I haven't used many except for shit, dammit, friggin hell, and random Ork words which aren't that offensive (to humans).

There are four main characters, all of which are based on people:

Cezzy-Po the Mad Dok: named after my sister Celeste (aka Cessy)
Brudz the Mek/speed freek: named after me (bridie)
Jamz the Mega Nob: named after my brother (James)
and Oric the Skarboy/ex tank driver: named after our friend, Eric. Oric's going to die soon though. I mean... he's going on vacation <.< >.> yeah, to hawaii.

There are also more characters, many of whom won't make more appearances. But those who will make nore apperances are:

The three DeffSkulls (I forget their names...)
Orlen, Ongrat, and Uurgrin from the snakebites clan
The commadore (the guy who interviews Marco) and the Commisar
And that's mostly it; oh, and Squiggy. (so far we're up to Squiggy version 1.3!)
There's probably a few more but I can't remember their names either. Oh! And of course Gotshik the Evil Suns warband boss.
