Great job! The colors go very well with the line art, more pop for the entire image

I prefer the bright orange text compared to the rainbow colored one because I just find the mutliple colored texts too distracting yet it is also funny because it reminds me of the "Disco in the 1960's"

You have inspired me... to draw AFRO GAI! Well, once I've finished my current artwork anyway . He actually wears one in episode 193 along with a moustache (the only reason I know the number of the episode is because I looked it up on youtube so I could watch it in english...) lol that is one of my favourite episodes!

Yeah I was trying to get a hippy 60's feel to the first one, but I think you're right the colours are too distracting (poor Lee would feel left out). So orange text it was for the final version

Gosh, I rember that episode and its hard to believe some characters in Naruto even fell for his moustache! Haha, my favorite episodes are those from Naruto Shippuden along side Manga scenes

I enjoy filler episodes more than the plot alot of the time (except for the Chunin exams, that was the best bit ever for me). I've only just started watching Shippuden, but it looks promising I'll probly read the manga once I'm up to date with the anime.

I see, the Chunin Exam episodes where fun to watch but it lacked thrilling action for me (guess I was spoiled from Shippuden Manga) and seeing Naruto not using his 9 tailed beast was one of them hehe

The manga of Shippuden is alot better than the anime in my opinion, I just find it strange that they add characters in the anime that are not in the manga

Yeah, my sister is the same; she prefers Shippuden too (sounds like a sequal which for once is actually better than the original, unlike 90% of movies ) especially the older Gaara and Sakura.

Hmm, are the additional characters just in filler episodes? Or have they added some pretty important ones? I hope they try to stick to the manga, it's so annoying when animes take a different path to their mangas :C

Lol! Yes, Maito Gai may be older but he has twice as much funk(I'm actually surprised Lee hasn't tried to hide his face when Gai does something stupid [which is quite frequently...])

I saw the movie previews of a 2nd Shippuden and it was not to my liking, ancient Mayan technology in the ninja world seemed out of place for my taste and Orochimaru was still around.

Based on what Ive seen and the manga chapter I am on, yes majority of the characters in the anime are simply fillers and none of them are further down the manga road. Here is where I read Manga for Shippuden: "www.onemanga.com"

I haven't seen all of the Naruto movies yet, but I cna honestly say I only liked one of them; and that was the "Gaurdians of The Cresent Moon Kingdom" or something like that - and even then it was still fairly second rate. I just feel like the movies lack something :C

I finally finished watching the first Naruto series, and am onto Shippuden. Thanks for the link, I'll start reading that when I am up to date with anime

Alright! Shippuden is amazing and since there are so many chapters in the manga, you will have fun reading; not to mention getting hooked!

I admit, I got so hooked that I spent a day or so reading and re-reading!
