This looks really good close up; you can see all the details far better, and the clarity of the lines. And you haven't just made these into generic people - they are seen as individuals with personalities, expressed through their posture, expressions and even clothing. And of course the colour adds to their individuality - more so for those who know what these colours represent (Okay I'll admit I'm a fan of RVB )

I'll keep this critique on an artistic basis though.

The flag, as well as the title, serve to make us realise that although these people are individuals, they are also have something in common - they are a team. Placing the flag in a somewhat centralised position was a good idea, it helps to convey the comradship - the team "revolves" around this flag almost literally in this image.

The only thing that I think looks slightl out of place is the flag pole - although there are not many ways a flag pole can be drawn, I think the gradients should be more broken up use some jagged adges somewhere to make it fit in with the style used for the rest of the image.
