Now that I have a job, I have money to spend... of course, after bills, car stuff, and rent is paid for. It's better than being on the dole, I tell yee. I now have a nintendo DS thingy, and two games (pokemon [yes, okay, I PLAY pokemon...] and a new game, called Fire Emblem). very handy for travelling; I also am now collecting Magic The Gathering cards once again not that I had many to begin with, but I really like the artwork on the cards.

Anyway, hmm... erm, anyne reading this journal read the Warriors books? (I know my friend Ashlee does, but does anyone else?) Just curious

Now going onto another sudden tangent. I learnt a lesson the other day: never run in a shed filled with several thousand chickens. I took three strides, and a rooster got caught between my legs. I pretty much booted it three times before it exploded in a feathery mass from under my feet... alive, of course (thankfully!). On the other hand, the prick of a bird deserved it; because I was moved to a new shed, the roosters have been harassing me (it takes them a while before they get used to a new egg packer). I ended up painting on particular rooster blue so I could keep an eye on him (all the chickens are white) because he was continually attacking me (not so much now, though).
