Update: ~
e2s4 is holding a Dracodoptables themed competition! It's very easy and you could win a basic Tailor Made Leafy adoptable dragon (donated by *
DRACODOPTABLES ) as well as other prizes. All you have to do is draw 3 things out of a Dracodoptables related list to enter. You have until September, so there's plenty of time. Don't forget to give credit and classify entries as fanart though.
Read e2s4's journal for full details and updates.

If you've been hunting for somewhere to adopt cute, interactable dragon deviations here on Deviatart, then I recommend you visit *
DRACODOPTABLES. I've witnessed the growth of the Dracodoption Agency over the past few months and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for more than just a picture that will sit in your favorites folder or profile. If you're especially sick of missing a "claim" on other adoptables as they are quickly snapped up upon release, then *
DRACODOPTABLES may be suitable for you. Please read on for more information.

Less first-in-best-dressed and more chances to adopting! As *
DRACODOPTABLES says in their own
Welcome/Introduction Journal:
"Unlike many other adoption centers, these adoptables are NOT given out to the first person to leave a comment stating they claim it. "
So what does that mean? General adoption etiquette of *DRACODOPTABLES As stated, the Dracodoption Agency
does not run on a name-and claim basis. As quoted from the journal linked above:
"Each Egg available for adoption will have a unique picture request to be filled by prospective Owners, as well as occasionally having further stipulations such as only being willing to accept an Owner who does not already have a Dragon. Take the time to read their descriptions before commenting, please. Descriptions will have any details necessary for the initial adopting process."The Dracodoption Agency also have a few rules. A follow on of the same paragrpah quoted above explains them very clearly:
"Anyone leaving a "claim, name" comment or otherwise inappropriate adoption request will be disqualified for a period of one week, which they will be informed of, and their comment hidden. This does not mean that a claim which has not quite met the requirements will result in a one week hold, only that those using improper/outside methods will be asked to wait a week before trying to adopt again. This is to help ensure that they will take the time to read the journals and learn how to be properly involved in our community."This method enables users who have limited internet access and/or slow internet to be able to have a fair chance at adopting a dragon and related items.
Related items? What are you talking about? Items such as Charms can be adopted through gold and silver Eggs. These Eggs usually follow the same rules for adoption as dragon eggs. Treasure Chests and Loot for the chests may also be claimed for the benefit of your dragon. Must items appear with their dragon, or in their description.

For more information regarding items, check out
the Items And Features Shoppe Window or
visit the Item Shoppe itself. Note that you can purchase items, if you want something rare or don't want to wait.
